How can I change my order?

How do I clean my bike?
Wipe the bicycle frame with a damp cloth. You can also add a mild detergent. Then dry the bike with a dry cloth. Jobobike bikes are waterproof, but if you want to rinse the bike with water, first remove the battery from the frame.
How long is the waiting time for an order?
Normally the delivery time within the European Union is less than 1 week. Delivery time may depend on delivery location, weather and other factors beyond our control. Please wait patiently.
