You may cancel any order free of charge before it is shipped, provided the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that our team processes and prepares orders for shipment within 1 business day.

If you request to cancel your order before it has shipped and within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.

1. Return Conditions

  • 1.1. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

  • 1.2. Return Window: Electric scooters must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  • 1.3. Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original accessories, packaging, and documentation intact.

  • 1.4. Quality Issues: If the product is faulty upon arrival due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you may choose a free return for a refund or a repair.

2. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • 2.1. Signs of Use: The product shows obvious signs of use, wear, or damage that affects its resale value.

  • 2.2. Missing Items: Original accessories, manuals, or packaging are not included.

  • 2.3. Customized Products: Products that have been customized or modified to specific customer requirements.

  • 2.4. Customer-Induced Damage: Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or improper handling by the customer.

3. Return Process

  • 3.1. Initiate Return: Contact us via the official website, customer service hotline, or email to request a return. Please provide your proof of purchase and reason for return.

  • 3.2. Application Review: Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the result via email or phone.

  • 3.3. Return Shipping:

    • For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • 3.4. Ship Product: Once approved, please ship the electric scooter with all its accessories to the following address. Please ensure you obtain and provide us with the tracking number.

4. Handling Quality Issues

  • 4.1. Within Warranty Period: If your electric scooter experiences a non-user-induced malfunction during the warranty period, we will provide free repair services. Please refer to our separate Warranty Policy for detailed information.

  • 4.2. Out of Warranty: Repairs for products outside the warranty period will be at the customer's expense.


Parts & Accessories Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for parts and accessories. However, if your order is incomplete, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange to ship the missing or replacement items to you at no cost.

If any core accessory (e.g., motor, controller) is found to be defective within 7 days of receipt, we will send a new replacement part.
